Agreements are between you and the provider

Any agreement, arrangement, contract, or transaction entered into with a third-party provider is solely between the client and the third-party provider.

Your due diligence

Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and obtaining independent advice before engaging any third-party provider.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ditch Collective accepts no liability for any loss, damage, expense, delay, dispute, injury, financial loss, employment outcome, accommodation outcome, service failure, or other consequence arising from or connected with the actions, omissions, advice, products, or services of any third-party provider.
